Medical Physicist. Dr. Sabbas received a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Columbia University in 1982 and was certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiological Physics in June 1991.  He is a licensed medical physicist in New York.

Medical Physicist. Dr. Kulidzhanov received a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Engineering in 1987.
